Job description
- maintaining order on the outside area of the premises (mowing grass, raking leaves);
- winter maintenance (snow removal, gritting of roads);
- minor maintenance and repair work on the premises;
- inspection and maintenance of site equipment (repair of benches, fences, minor damage);
- other tasks according to the current needs and requirements of the management.

- basic technical skills to perform minor repair and maintenance work;
- ability to work independently and actively organize time;
- reliability and responsibility in performing assigned tasks;
- physical fitness, suitable for outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions;
- flexibility: ability to respond to seasonal maintenance requirements.

- salary for the position of cleaner 130 CZK/hour;
